The Arlington Bomberos is a Texas-rooted firefighter association raising funds for the Firefighters Cancer Fund and scholarships for future firefighters. Every dollar protects the people who answer the alarm.
Cancer is now the leading line-of-duty killer for firefighters in the United States. And the next generation needs a path. We fund both — the medicine and the future.
Direct financial relief and resources for firefighters battling occupational cancer — covering treatment, travel, and family support during the hardest fight of their lives.
Tuition, gear, and academy support for deserving young women and men pursuing a career in the fire service — paying forward the calling that built our brotherhood.
Your gift fuels both missions — instantly.
Give to Both FundsFrom the very first toy drive to today's scholarship awards, the Arlington Bomberos has been built by Texas firefighters who believe in showing up — for the kids in their neighborhood, for the brother fighting cancer, and for the cadet who needs a chance.
A small group of Texas firefighters band together to support their community and brothers in the fire service.
Annual drives put coats on kids in winter and backpacks on shoulders every August across Arlington.
As occupational cancer rates climb, the Bomberos focus shifts to direct relief for diagnosed firefighters and their families.
Scholarships open the door for deserving future firefighters — the people who will answer tomorrow's alarms.
Long before “nonprofit” was a buzzword, our members were already showing up. Here's a snapshot of how we've served Arlington over three decades — and where we're focused today.
Putting toys in the hands of Arlington children every December — because every kid deserves a Christmas morning.
Distributing warm jackets to families across Arlington when the Texas cold front rolls in.
